We encourage clients to book as soon as they know they want our services. However, a booking request should be placed no later than 1 week of the requested date. Depending on inventory it is at the discretion of Love For Decor to accept a booking request later than 1 week in advance, a RUSH fee will be applied.
Love for Decor is located in NYC and currently serves Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan ONLY in the NYC area. There is a travel fee associated with locations outside of NYC.

No. The fee includes our service fee and the items that are listed in the package of your choice. Love for Decor is not responsible for booking any rooms, you will need to book your own room.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book and that fee will go towards your package. The balance is be due 1 week prior to your setup.
We are aware that life does happen, however, under no circumstances do we provide refunds to our clients. Therefore, we are please to offer a transferrable credit in the event the client needs to cancel. Cancellations must not be less than a week, all cancellations done in less than a week will incur a cancellation fee +remaining balance (if applicable) to receive credit. The transferrable credit needs to be applied on a date that works for client and Love For Decor. All credits are valid for 6 months, clients will receive an email with the date that credit will expire.
We accept Cash App, Venmo and Zelle. Our preferred method of payment is currently Zelle.
On the day of the occasion, we request all clients to leave a room key for us and that no one is in the room.
All items we decorate with are yours to keep, I will bring a to- go kit with me that includes a large plastic bag and anti-bacterial wipes. The choice is yours! You can keep all your decorations and bring them home with you or throw them away. We do not come back to retrieve any items or provide clean up.
Under no circumstance, can we check in for the client. We can NOT check in for you. To gain access to your room the following options below are best:
We prefer that our clients add us to the reservation and leave a room key. An alternative options, is that we can meet at your setup time and retrieve the room key in the lobby.
